Bailey's First Birthday Party
Sunday, October 21
Narrated by Bailey
I love Sesame Street.
My Grandpa Elvin (second from left) is Great Uncle Cerwin's brother. (Cerwin is sitting on the floor.)
I wonder what I am supposed to do with this "doggy thing" Mommy is giving me.
"No, Peyton, this is mine."
Peyton is my big sister and is having trouble understanding that this is MY birthday.
Did Mommy say that you can taste that?
This is so squishy.
I can't believe Daddy and Mommy are letting me do this.
Oh, no. This is Cousin Trenton. I wonder if he wants a taste or if he is going to take it from me.
It looks like Daddy is walking this way. "Am I doing something wrong, Daddy?"
He just wanted a kiss.
Now Peyton wants a kiss.
Mommy too! Why is everyone kissing me?
I wonder if he wants a kiss too? Why don't they let me alone with my cake.
Can't you see that I am trying to finish this cake. Enough with the kisses.
I still need to get the icing off of this cardboard.
Read my lips! "No, you cannot have this."
It looks like Peyton finally got her own cake.
Everyone told me the grownup cake was good too.
Presents are my favorite part.
There is so much tissue paper.
Daddy read this card to me. I am too young to read.
Mommy told me about this book. I can't wait until we have time to read it.
After I finished opening my presents, Daddy and Mommy's very good friend gave Peyton and me these beautiful counted cross-stitch samplers with our names and birthdates on them.
Thanks everyone. I had a wonderful day.
Love Bailey
