Executive Chefs ~ Sabrina & Ashley ~ Part 2
Country Chicken Noodle Soup
Chanterelle Mushroom Soup
Deb and Roy
I took a few pictures (experimenting with new settings) while we waited for our entree.
Nate
Jenna
Boston Bibb with Baby Micro Greens
Spring Mix of Greens
Pan Seared Halibut
This was my entree. It was the best halibut I have tasted since our trip to Alaska - almost ten years ago.
Roasted Airline Chicken Breast
Grilled Pork Loin
Our desserts are listed on the bottom - left and right - of this board.
Maple Creme Caramel with a Sugar Cage
Chocolate Hazelnut Lava Cake with Drunken Cherries and Expresso Ice Cream.
Our server said he prefers being in the kitchen, but he did a great job. In this restaurant training they must do each job related to culinary arts.
Sabrina was able to come out of the kitchen after everyone was served. She was a chef today.
A gift from Roy and Deb for Sabrina's future kitchen.
Talking to her family. Her mom and dad are on her left.
Talking to her brother - or it looks like he is talking to her at the moment I took this picture.
Visiting with Stephanie, Romaine, and Luanne.
I like her chef hat...
...and the towel in her belt.
Sabrina & Nate
Her goal is to get into catering. Anyone need a good caterer?

It was an incredibly delicious meal.
Thanks for inviting us Sabrina.

Ok, well, my blood sugar and cholesterol rose 100 points each just reading your post!
Why is that chicken dish called airline chicken? Nothing I ever saw having anything to do with an airline ever looked that good! What a neat way to train for being in the restaurant business! Sabrina is a lovely young woman and I hope she does well. I need a caterer!!! I am thinking about a party for Jim's 60th birthday! Oh, but I am a tad far away. sigh.
@piecedtreasures - I thought about that with the chicken as well - but I understand that it was incredibly delicious! I am going to use her for a meal I am hosting in late January or early February. The meal began at 9 a.m. and I didn't need any more food for the rest of the day!
