How sweet! My honey is not having a very good day today. He has been fighting a nasty virus, so I doubt he has had much time to think about a valentine. I love this man SO much, and I just want him to feel better! 50 years is amazing! We are approaching 40.
@sixAs - Thanks. I met Cerwin when I was dating one of his best friends. Several months after we broke up, he asked me out - during the late summer of 1961. I was not sure that he was for me, and broke up with him after a few weeks. Both of us dated some other people, and then he asked me out again in the spring of 1962. I really learned to like his solid, caring personality and by that summer knew I wanted to marry him. He never really proposed – we just started talking about getting married and began planning a 1963 wedding.
