Taking a TFC Chapel To
Hershey Christian School
Friday, April 19
Part 2
I like this view of the chapel – from the top of the steps.
After lunch I located Karen’s room before going back to the chapel.
Then it was time to go back to her job as the principal.
We went back to the chapel to prepare for the arrival of 2nd grade.
1st Grade
A few of our eighty-seven PowerPoint slides.
1st grade students leaving the chapel.
Our last class – kindergarten – arriving.
This is how we closed each presentation – after reminding the children of a few things they can do for truck drivers.
~~~
A highlight of the day was when we joined the students for the closing chapel service where the “missionaries” were asked to stand in front of the stage, and several students were asked to come forward and choose a missionary. Then one by one they prayed for us.
So wonderful and touching. Those little children are just soaking in this adventure! And it’s a ministry that will have eternal value.
Karen looks to be a happy, cheerful person! love that smile.
@purpleamethyst76 - It was a fun, exhausting day, and yes, Karen has a wonderful smile.
